We are from every sector — public and private, union and non-union.

We’ve worked in hospitals, cities, crown corps, schools, agencies, and frontline services.

We’ve been silenced by legal threats, workplace policy, and cowardly leadership.

We’ve been told to “trust the process” while the process was rigged from the start.

Ghost Index exists because the record needs to be kept.

The facts matter — even if no one in power wants to hear them.

We are documenting the rot: retaliation, suppression, manipulation, and decay.

Not out of bitterness. Out of necessity.
